

The last two weeks have brought excellent results for several graduates and internationally trained engineers in the GAP program. Momentum is clearly building as more individuals secure roles across various sectors and locations.
📌 Successful Placements (March to date):
Civil Engineer – Secured work in less than six weeks.
→ Quick turnaround with prior experience; now fully placed.
Mechanical Engineer – Secured an asset management role after five months.
→ Now based in the Northern Territory. A high-quality placement.
Environmental Engineer – Recently started work after about five months of searching.
→ Great persistence and result.
Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Also secured work after around five months.
→ Another solid outcome for a determined graduate.

🔄 Strong Candidates in the Pipeline (March–Mid April Outlook):
⚡ Electrical Engineer – Likely to start work within the next three months; earmarked for an upcoming project.
🌏 2 Civil Engineers (WA-based) – Progressing steadily; expected to secure interviews or placements shortly.
⚗️ Chemical Engineer – Tracking well; notification likely within 4 weeks.
📈 Several other candidates are actively engaged in the process, with strong signs of conversion in the coming month.

Based on current engagement, interviews, and employer conversations:
✅ We expect at least another 4–5 placements by mid-April.
This includes both graduates and internationally migrated engineers who have been applying themselves consistently and following the GAP approach.
