This week I have several graduates secure work in Electronic engineering, which was fantastic to see and reasonably easy for them.
Likewise, for Civil and structural graduate engineers, I have seen several adopt my procedures on how to engage people professionally and turn what seems to be a negative result into a positive outcome which is great to see, with two more civil graduates securing interviews and enjoying the process as well, which is great to see
Finally, I am not a believer that post-graduation, you need to secure an Internship or offer free employment. Personally, this is a complete waste of time; post-graduation, you have one simple thing to do, secure work; offering your time for nothing does not bring value to you; in fact, it devalues you in the marketplace
