This time of year is a great time to lay the foundations for the new year
This week I have two new starters in Process and Automation which is great to see, they laid their foundation 3-4 months ago and now they get to start their careers and build their knowledge
This time of year tends to have two types of typical responses from people seeking employment
1. The person who perpetually puts it off to the new year under a false belief this is when there is more work
2. The other group who are using the Christmas period to motivate themselves to either get work in the coming weeks or get as close as possible to securing work
Always remember people hire all year round, and never underestimate the importance of meeting people well before they are wanting to Hire
