FIVE (5) New Jobs secured
We’re closing out the year on a really strong note.
This week alone, another five Engineering graduates secured full-time roles:
• 1 Mechatronics Graduate Engineer
•. 1 Electrical Graduate Engineer
• 1 Civil Engineers International
• 2 Mechanical Engineers, one Graduate and 1 Exp international
That’s two international engineers and three graduates a brilliant mix, and a sign that the market is moving if you approach it the right way.
On top of that, we’ve had three outstanding interview feedbacks come through, which puts us on track to close around eight placements by the end of the week.
What I’m really noticing is the variation in timelines.
Some graduates are securing work in as little as two months, and others are taking up to five months, which is completely normal.
The key difference?
They’re networking correctly, reaching out to the right people, and staying consistent in their communication.
It’s been a really positive week, and it’s great to see people getting roles the right way through conversations, connections, and genuinely building relationships in the industry.

Its just the start for these Newbies, and I could not be more proud of their achievements.
